Odelia Ntiamoah Boampong is an accomplished media and communications strategist, entrepreneur, leadership coach, and advocate for women's economic empowerment. With over two decades of experience in journalism, strategic communications, and brand leadership, she has built a distinguished career shaping narratives, strengthening institutions, and amplifying African voices on the global stage.

She is the Founder of ON Media and the Oxford Africa Women Leadership Institute (OAWLI), where she equips women entrepreneurs and emerging leaders with the skills, networks, and confidence to thrive. Through her work, she has supported thousands of women-led businesses across Africa and continues to champion inclusive leadership and sustainable development.

A respected communications professional, Odelia has worked with leading international organizations, governments, and multinational institutions, and is a two-time Ghana Journalist Association award recipient.
