Rev. Emmanuel Osae-Nyarko

Emmanuel Osae-Nyarko is a Strategy, Leadership, and Organisational Transformation Executive, Pastor, Mentor, and Speaker with over 15 years of experience driving strategic growth, institutional transformation, and sustainable development across West Africa.

He currently serves as the Regional Director for West Africa at Envirofit, where he provides leadership in regional strategy, business growth, strategic partnerships, organisational development, and clean energy initiatives. Throughout his career, Emmanuel has led transformational projects, strengthened organisational systems, built high-performing teams, and supported institutions in achieving sustainable impact.

His expertise spans strategic management, governance, organisational leadership, communications, sustainability, and people development. He is passionate about equipping individuals and organisations to translate vision into strategy, strategy into execution, and purpose into lasting impact.

Beyond his corporate leadership, Emmanuel serves as a pastor, mentor, and speaker, teaching and inspiring individuals through messages centred on servant leadership, character development, purposeful living, and spiritual growth. He has delivered leadership programmes, executive trainings, and mentorship engagements for corporate organisations, universities, churches, and non-profit institutions.

A passionate advocate for music and ministry, Emmanuel is a member of the multi-award-winning Harmonious Chorale, where he has served in various leadership capacities, including Chaplain and Public Relations and Publicity Director. As a Board Member of La Reine Foundation, he brings expertise in leadership development, strategy, governance, and mentorship, supporting the Foundation’s mission of raising confident, purpose-driven, and God-inspired young women who positively transform their communities.
