Rita Akua Nipaa Antwi is a dedicated public servant with the Ghana Immigration Service and serves as the Programme and Projects Coordinator of La Reine Foundation. She is passionate about the empowerment, holistic development, and social inclusion of young women, with a strong commitment to creating opportunities that enable them to reach their full potential.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Community-Based Rehabilitation and Disability Studies from the University of Education, Winneba, a background that has equipped her with a deep understanding of community development, inclusive practices, and the importance of supporting vulnerable populations through sustainable interventions.

Rita has experience in leadership, community outreach, programme coordination, and youth engagement. She is committed to designing and implementing impactful initiatives that promote education, mentorship, personal development, and meaningful community participation. Her collaborative approach, organisational skills, and passion for service contribute to the successful delivery of programmes that create lasting impact.

As Programme and Projects Coordinator, Rita plays a key role in planning, coordinating, and overseeing the Foundation's initiatives, ensuring they align with its mission of empowering young women to become confident, purpose-driven, and influential leaders in their communities.
