Lydia Quansah

Lydia Quansah serves as the Deputy Lead, Brand and Communications at La Reine Foundation, where she supports the development and execution of the Foundation's brand, communications, and stakeholder engagement strategies. She is passionate about using effective communication, strong organisational systems, and collaborative leadership to advance the Foundation's mission of empowering young women to reach their full potential.

Lydia previously served as Personal Assistant to the Area Manager at Halliburton Ghana, where she managed executive calendars, coordinated travel and logistics, prepared reports and official correspondence, and served as the primary point of contact for executive operations. Over the years, she has also gained valuable experience in administration, human resource support, fleet and transport management, compliance, and event coordination, earning a reputation for professionalism, adaptability, and exceptional attention to detail.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and French from the University of Ghana, Legon. Her commitment to leadership and service is reflected in her roles as Alumni Coordinator for the University of Ghana Mass Choir and General Secretary of the St. Rose's Senior High School Choir, where she contributed to organisational growth and member engagement.

As Deputy Lead, Brand and Communications, Lydia works closely with the communications team to strengthen the Foundation's public image, support strategic campaigns, and enhance stakeholder engagement. She brings creativity, organisational excellence, and a collaborative spirit to every initiative, ensuring that the Foundation's message is communicated with clarity and impact.

Fluent in English, Twi, Fante, and conversational French, Lydia is passionate about empowering people through structure, communication, and service. She remains committed to creating systems and opportunities that enable individuals and communities to thrive while advancing the vision of La Reine Foundation.
