Loretta Larbi, Esq.

General Secretary

Loretta Larbi, Esq. serves as the General Secretary of La Reine Foundation, where she provides governance and administrative leadership, helping to ensure that the Foundation operates with integrity, accountability, and excellence. She is passionate about using her knowledge, organisational skills, and commitment to service to support initiatives that empower young women to become confident, purpose-driven leaders.

A lawyer by profession, Loretta believes that meaningful change is built on strong institutions, ethical leadership, and effective collaboration. Her legal training, combined with her experience supporting organisations in both the public and private sectors, has equipped her with a thoughtful and solutions-oriented approach to leadership. She is committed to fostering sound governance, clear communication, and systems that enable the Foundation to deliver sustainable impact.

Loretta holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Ghana and completed her Professional Law Course at the Ghana School of Law. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and Geography from the University of Ghana. Throughout her academic and professional journey, she has consistently demonstrated a heart for service, leadership, and community engagement.

As General Secretary, Loretta works closely with the Executive Leadership Team to strengthen the Foundation's governance, coordinate key organisational processes, and support the successful implementation of its programmes. She is honoured to contribute her expertise to advancing La Reine Foundation's vision of raising a generation of empowered young women who will positively transform their communities through leadership, purpose, and service.
